Is there a way to nest questions/answers within a select_multiple question?

I am currently creating a Storm Damage Assessment Form. I have a large select_multiple damageType question that contains all of the codes our field collectors use. Right now I have it set so that when a collector selects for example, Gazebo, another question will allow that collector to select if it is destroyed or damaged. However, this new relevant question appears at the bottom of my large select_multiple damageType question. Is there a way for the the new relevant question to appear under the box where they check Gazebo?

Hi Alex,

No it is not possible to display the relevant question under the selection (or in between the available selections) in the select_one field.

However, have you tried using a different appearance on the select_one question, such as minimal or autocomplete? This may help reduce the space taken up by your choices in the survey and the appearance such as autocomplete will allow to start typing the answer to provide a short list of available choices that match the text being entered.
