WFS in ArcMap 10.8.1 behind enterprise proxy server

In ArcMap 10.5 we included a WFS Service in a ArcMap project with the data interoperability tools. Recently we updated to version 10.8.1. Unfortunately the properties for the proxy server are missing now in the dialog for adding a WFS with the data interoperability tools. Does any one have a clue how I can insert a WFS in ArcMap 10.8.1 in accordance to our enterprise proxy server?

I wonder what you found out about this?

I have the impression that ESRI changed the Interoperability function for WFS, in the sense that you need the Data interoperability extension. In 10.5 and 10.6 and before you did not need the Interoperability extension.
