Survey 123 Connect Hung up on 'Converting XLSForm'

I am having an issue with Survey 123 Connect hanging up on Converting XLSForm process. Things seemed to be operating correctly last night, yet today I cannot update the XLS form. This has happened for existing surveys and also brand new surveys with absolutely no content. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program, including deleting the entire directory for Survey 123 (and my previous surveys). After reinstalling, I create a new survey, the program downloads the XLSForm, starts converting and hangs up. When I close the program and reopen, the new survey appears, but still hangs up if I try to open it. I am receiving no error messages.

Hi Peter,

I am not experiencing this issue. Are you still seeing it? If so, can I ask you to go to https://survey123.arcgis.com/api/version in a web browser?

Thanks Peter,

That is what I would expect - that was to check to make sure your network was not blocking access to the Survey123 API (which is the most common problem). Can I ask you to open Survey123 Connect up, click on the gear icon in the lower left portion of the application, click on the 'Diagnostics' tab and start logging (ignore the spinning circle, turning on logging will write to a text file) and then trying to open a survey? That will help me understand what exactly is happening.
