ARCGIS.com and Silverlight question - Please Help

Hi ,
I have created a map in ArcGIS.com (its really a simple map with two maps, 1 a world imagery map as a base map and 2 a world street map). How can I add this create map to my silverlight c# application. Once this gets going I will add my own data.

In other words how do i include it in the map control

<esri:Map>
            <esri:??? ID="myArcGISCOMMap" 
                    Url="what will be the URL?"/>
 </esri:Map>
