ArcGIS New Flexviewer not the 3.0

Question

I heard that ESRI has a new flexviewer and flashbuilder coming out.  Has anyone heard of when it will be released, what version it will be and the enhancements?

The current version is the ArcGIS Viewer 3.0 for Flex and the next version will ArcGIS Viewer 3.1 for Flex.  It is currently planned for release in late November or December. The API, the Viewer and the application builder will all have many enhancements and several bug fixes.  We're planning to post more details about it in the coming weeks.

flashbuilder is an Adobe product, currently version 4.6, but with Adobe Flash Builder 4.7 already in public beta.

This presentation from the User Conference suggests that 3.1 will be out in the Fall (so any time now). It suggests some enhancements but not much detail:
