ArcGis Runtime .Net SDK Pagination Support

In 10.3 REST API Esri introduced pagination for layer query. Use resultOffset and resultRecordCount to page through a query result. I don't see any options to take advantage of these features in the ArcGIS .NET Runtime SDK. When will the SDK support this important feature?
