what's wrong with iPad

my project is use object-c, then i add arcgis framework for ios into my project. it can run on iphone(ios12) and any simulator. But when i run on a ipad(ios 9), it has an error.

what's wrong with it?

Do you get the error if ArcGIS.framework is not added but you switch to iPad iOS 9?
