Is there a possibility to change the drawing order of the layers? Drag-and-drop would be great!

It's not possible to change the draw order at this time but you can change the zoom visibility range and simulate this to some extent.

Allan Laframboise‌ I have a user asking for the same functionality. Mapbox allows you to re-organize layers.
