Data frame does not contain a required layer type for feature access capability ?

I have two TIF files in ArcGIS Desktop. I am trying to publish them onto ArcGIS Online by sharing it as a service. However this message comes up:

"Data frame does not contain a required layer type for feature access capability" and it is not allowing me to publish

This is what I have in my Feature Access:

I do not understand the problem. (When I downloaded the TIF files, there were no other files attached with them -- no dataset, etc).

Hello Eninna,

A feature access layer can only expose vector datasets included in the map document, so you won't be able to publish a feature layer unless you have vector data in the data frame. You may find the following help documents helpful.
