How to remove the border when using PageLayoutControl ?

Hi friends,

Do you know how to remove (delete) the border and phrase: "Layers" when using a PageLayoutControl (AxESRI .ArcGIS.Controls .AxPageLayoutControl) in C# ? Please see attached screenshot.

If you're not going to add any layers and just going to use the layout for graphics or something else, you can just click on Layers and drag it (and the border) off the page.  When you print it won't show.  I've done it several times.  There isn't any other way to get rid of the word Layers but you can get rid of the border in Layer properties.  I hope this helps.
