How to create a form with a mapcontrol or some thing else to show the features in arcmap with arcobjects

Hi every,i want to create a form with mapcontrol in arcmap ,but the arcgis' axMapControl is only used in arcengine,so is there any other ways to do that?

the arcmap itself has a tool to show the features in another window,this is what i want
