Downloaded ArcGIS Pro and started the first tutorial but when I got to the Insert/Import Layout file it does not exist on the menu bar. Any clues why or how I can get access to complete the tutorial?

The layout template gallery was added to ArcGIS Pro at 2.5. For earlier versions, you can download and import this layout file: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=77c378ca3c584ad99615ec762208754f
