No maps available in Collector

Hi

I followed the steps in the tutorial: http://doc.arcgis.com/en/collector/ though I modified it to comply with my needs (collecting floristic data in the field). I created my map as instructed including an editable feature service. I have an organizational account and I use that one for creating my map and for logging in in the Collector app for android. It still just tells me that I have not maps available for collector. Why is that? Please help!
