ArcGIS Map Viewer and ArcGIS Explorer Online

Question

Why can't I view the attachments in the same maps using ArcGIS Explorer Online? 
I can view them when opened with the ArcGIS.com Map Viewer but in ArcGIS Explorer Online they're missing, same maps, same feature services, same attachments...??

How did you create these attachments?  Adding them through AGOL after enabling attachments to the feature service should work.

Yeah, unfortunately problem is back....I did upload a attachment enabled feature service, then made sure the enable attachment toggle was check afterward and for some reason can't get them to appear, I have direct links and uploaded photos that I'm able to see in the AGOL viewer but not Explorer online.

I like the interface and features of Explorer Online and its performance seems smoother so I'd really like to get past this problem.
Could a slow internet connection possibly cause this?
Our speeds here at work are from 5 to 8mbps download to 3mbps upload on average....geeze, this is frustrating

I don't get it, attachments show'd up this morning minus the "Classified" notice in the customized pop-up.
For some reason can't direct link photos in Explorer.
