We are looking for UN Model Sample for electrical and please do share if you have one as a sample data for reference in understanding the migrate to UN Model from ESRI network model.

Are you loading the sample data? We have seen issue with parallel processing. You can set it to 1 in the environment variables of the tool or run this in the python window prior to running apply asset package.

When you read through the Getting Started documentation (http://solutions.arcgis.com/electric/help/electric-utility-network-configuration/get-started/get-started-overview.htm), there is a step where they talk about setting up the Solutions Deployment addin which allows you to download the sample dataset and ArcGIS Pro package
