ValidateAddInXMLTask failed.

We are using 10.3 SDK with Visual Studio 2013.

If we target the 4.5.2 framework, the Add In cannot build. It appears ValidateAdInXmlTask tries to parse "4.5.2" to a Double.

Is there an easy workaround to this?
