Hi.
Is it possible to add labels to bar charts (on the map) in the symbology bar chart function in ArcGIS Pro 2.6. I have seen questions where this was not possible in earlier versions.

Bimall - there is a lot of labeling functionality in ArcGIS Pro 2.6 for various chart types. You can read about bar chart labels starting here.
I've never found a way to label the charts when you are using the primary symbology type of chart. I think that is what you're asking. It does make the symbology sort of pointless. Hopefully someone can correct me and show us how.
