Group Filter - adding Tips or Resize Window

Question

I am currently working with Group Filter Widget in Web App Builder.  It works beautifully.  I would like to reduce the size of the box that Group Filter uses when the widget is open.  Or add notes in the 'white space' to remind users to Reset to clear the Filter.  Any suggestions?  Can this be done while using ArcGIS Online? I am trying to avoid downloading the app to our server

These types of modifications can be done to the widget using WAB Dev but not the AGOL version. Changing the size of the widget can be done using the AGOL assistant though (modifying the widgets height and width):
