Offline elevation profile app?

I just used the elevation profile web app template which will be really useful for my work.  Does anyone know if this functionality exists in an offline app for a mobile device?  Using a DEM/elevation surface that is stored on the device?

I work in forestry and slope shape is very important for skyline logging.  It would be helpful to stand on top of a hill and know if the slope shape will be conducive to pulling logs up the hill.  esri forestry group#  #forestry and land management

I know for the Collector app, you can either make a map package (TPK) and sideload it to the device or download map areas (https://community.esri.com/thread/235408-how-do-i-download-an-esri-basemap-for-offline-use). But for that elevation web app template, perhaps you can host it over your own Portal in your intranet or go a step further and develop a new app using the ArcGIS Runtime SDKs/App Builder (https://community.esri.com/thread/167487).
