Ideas for ArcGIS Online to contribute to community

Hi,

I am just thinking how the AGOL can be usefull to contribute to the community. We have the language school community in the town. The spatial data we have is addresses of students during 10 years.  What practical analysis can I do with ArcGIS Online? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

could you please explain what is the difference between tools in practical example. For me, the Density tool - more or less color on the map. What is different for hot spot? What practical benefit of both tools?
