Transformation from ETRS89 LAEA (EPSG3035) to WGS84 N33

Hello,

I have downloaded a file by the EEA (European Environmental Agency) which has a projection named EPSG 3035 (which is apparently ETRS89 LAEA). I need to transform this file into WGS84 N33 but I am failing there completely. There has been an entry earlier Project transform from ETRS89 / ETRS-LAEA to UTM WGS84 and I can imagine that the answere provided there may be also my answer. I am using ArcGis 10, Windows 7 (or also ArcGis 9.3 on Windows 7). However, I am not sure how to use the txt file and go through that process and any help is greatly appreciated.
