Mapview causes ArcGIS Pro to crash

Hi!

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.3.0 on a local machine that meet the technical requirements.... But every time I insert a mapview to the project and try to add data to it the whole application freeze and I have to kill the process from taskmanager.

It doesn't matter if I create a new project or try to open an excisting one.

In the options menu I have set the default basemap to "None".

I'm running windwos 10.

Anyone who have had the same problem??

Bad install perhaps, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, select Repair.

If that doesn't work, clean all vestiges of Pro from your machine and reinstall (remove... means get rid of any addons/ins anything that you installed to use with Pro, and clean your registry and User folder)
