Geocoding addresses to get Census Block and Tract Number

I'm new to GIS and I'm trying to figure out how to use ARCGis to geocode addresses we have in the database and get the corresponding Census Block and Tract numbers.

Geocoding address gives you a point. Use the point to do a spatial query (or a identify task) against the Census layer.
