Publish 3D data on ArcGIS Server?

Question

Hi,
 I have a project enquire where my client want 3D data to be published on the server and accessed using a browser and internet connection..
Is this possible with ArcGIS City Engine because it seems this is a desktop software are there any option of publishing my data on the server?
