Experience Builder Pop-Ups

Hi! I'm looking for help with experience builder, I've create a very basic interactive map in ArcOnline with pop-ups. When I load the data and map into experience builder the pop-ups no longer work. (even in live view or once published). Is this an issue with my original map, experience builder, or the data connection process?

@DavidMartinezZhujingXia Pop-up for a point feature is not working in ArcGIS Enterprise ExB. It pops up for polygon feature, but not for point feature. Please let me know if there is anything I'm doing wrong.

I changed the data into a hosted layer instead of a feature collection layer and it worked!
