Cannot find ArcGIS rest endpoint

Hi,

I would like to visualize the layers of the following server: http://tiles.arcgis.com/tiles/YjFlb42UYfrzfUHx/arcgis/rest/services/UNBasemap/MapServer

While creating an ArcGIS Server connection from ArcCatalog I get the following: "we were unable to connect to http://tiles.arcgis.com/tiles/YjFlb42UYfrzfUHx/arcgis/rest/services/UNBasemap/MapServer "

What am I doing wrong?
