How to geocode using distance from an intersecting street?

Hi, I am new to GIS and trying to geocode traffic accident' locations using ArcMap 10.7. I am using the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service address locator for this purpose. The address information that I have is as follows; 

Street Address: Street A

Intersection With: Street B

Distance from Intersecting Street: Numeric Field

Distance Unit: Feet/Miles

Direction from Intersecting Street: North/East/West/South

I am not sure how can I use information about intersecting street to geolocate accidents. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I know a similar question has been raised before but couldn't get a satisfactory answer. Hopefully, someone can provide a solution.

What you are attempting to do cannot be done with the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service, as it does not support the same spatial offset capabilities that are described in About finding an address—Help | ArcGIS Desktop .
