How to Setup IdentifyTask on WMS mapservice

Hi

I work on a .Net Silverlight Application consuming some mapservices using the Silverlight Viewer 3.1. I run into Troubles when I want to Setup a Identify Funktion (using IdentifyTask) which works on ArcGIS Server AND WMS mapservices. Especially I have Problems to build/get the correct URL for the Task and the correct LayerId of the visible WMS Layers

Can somebody please Point me into the right direction, maybe a sample?

Identifying on WMS services non hosted by ArcGIS server is not supported out of the box by the ArcGIS Silverlight API.

If the service is hosted by ArcGIS server you can identify features using the standard MapServer URL.
