Find Route - How do I restrict the route to a 7 hour day?

Question

I am working with the Find Route tool, and I don't see a way to restrict routes to a set time duration.

In ArcLogistics, I could enter  stops, and then restrict the routing to a set number of hours worked in a day.  Can this be done in the Find Route tool?

Ok, after poking around I was able to find the time constraints in the Properties of the 'Stops' tab.  I don't see a way to set the properties for ALL stops though, so I am forced to set Stop Duration and Time Window for each stop. Still muddling my way through this.  I will say that it is far easier than using the old ArcLogistics so far.
