ArcGIS Pro 2.1 Crashes

while running Enable Network topology (Utility Network) tool in ArcGIS Pro it creashes after 2% of tool execution.

I checked the crash dump and it says "the thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have appropriate access" any idea?

System Information: OS: windows 7

RAM:                         16GB

Hi,

with Pro 2.2.4 I didn't experience this issue anymore.

Now, I installed Pro 2.3 and this issue is back. when I try to Enable Network Topology, Pro crashes.

My data is stored on Oracle 12.2
