Was the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS released as promised yesterday? If so where is the link, I can't find it anywhere.

If you are interested in using the Web App Builder, you would save a map in ArcGIS Online and when you are ready to share that map as an application, it will appear as a separate option in the sharing page for the apps.
