Transport Network Data

Question

Hey all,

I am trying to use Network Analyst in ArcGIS for particular UK area, firstly is to set up Network Dataset, which could be massive work here. Anyone knows is there any map with Transport network data (such as height limits, one-way, turns restrict etc.) ready to download? I tried Digimap which has Integrated Transport Network, but I didnt see any constrains attached to the map.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your reply, yes, I saw this StreetMap Premium for ArcGIS, but it costs a lot which probably I didnt have enough funds to cover. I am looking for low costs or free data...
