I am currently developing an application with the Quartz beta. I have been using ArcGISTiledLayer for my basemap. I need to offer this offline. Unfortunately I will need to offer this before the next release of the beta which I have been told will have the feature that allows local tilelayers to be loaded. I am looking for some ideas as to options I can take. Can I offer a localhost ArcServer? Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Thanks in advance.
