Hi,
I am having an issue with my Scene Layer, the pop-up is not showing up.
I've tried already all this steps:

Is anyone having the some issue?

After you save the layer, refresh the session or logout and login.
The change will be shown then.

I just tried. It didn't work until I refreshed the session.
Can you share your layers(scene and associate feature layer) and web scene?
If is not showing up at all, have you enable it in Layer Properties of you web scene?
Yes, it's enabled. The interesting thing is if I add a Feature Layer to my Web Scene the pop-up works well. The issue is only with Scene Layers.
