Iam new to arcgis.Can someone help in creating a feature layer with data in json format and add to the map with street as base layer.I want to do this with javascript API.I tried with the sample https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/jssamples/data_gas_prices.html but it is not working for base layer as street.
