SSL Questions for Webmaps

Our organization recently added an SSL certificate. We are trying to configure everything for the most efficient and productive use of this for our webmap purposes. I am trying to find the answers to a few questions WITHOUT opening a Ticket.

1. Can we ENABLE TLS 1.1?
2. Can we DISABLE SSL2?
3. Can we DISABLE SSL3?

Our biggest concern is will this affect our webmaps?

It might help if you could provide more context and background info.

To what? Your organization's web server? An ArcGIS Server site? For all machines in your domain network? Need more details here.

1. Are you using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS to host your web maps?

2. For your three security protocol options, WHERE would you enable these? This relates to my first statement.
