Hello,
I am using the unique values to represent my data though only one color is apparent. This is also true when I use multi ring buffers.
I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.5.1
Am I now doing this wrong?
Click on the Symbol Layer Drawing Tab and turn on Enable Symbol Layer Drawing
Your core area is under your study area.
Double click on the study area color and set it to transparent or just an outline rather than filled
