Heights and Widths of Items

Is there a way to equally distribute the width (or height) of side by side elements, such as a series of "indicator" elements, in an operations dashboard layout? All I can figure out to do so far is to "eyeball" it.

Unfortunately, this is currently a known limitation in Ops Dashboard.
