How to extract CTI data into excel file

I am a beginner with ArcMap and i am working to create a Compound Topographic Index.
I have created the map, but am now wondering if i have specific data point, how can i extract the data from the map for each point (there are a few hundred) and get the info into an excel file?...ie. at each point determine the aspect, slope, wetness from the map.

 

I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

You can  use Extract values to points tool and extract the aspect, slope, wetness.

After extracting you can use table to Excel tool.
