configure import incidents-incident map

I'm working on setting up the incident map template/scripts provided by ESRI.

I have configured my script and things seemed to set up ok and my records are successfully geocoded. The problem is in the log file says "-- 0 records successfully appended to Database Connections\sde_ArcGISSDE_sql02.sde\ArcGISSDE.SDE.LawEnforcementOperations\ArcGISSDE.SDE.CallService." Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Is there an issue using the provided scripts with a versioned database? Any help would be appreciated.
