Using a Leaflet basemap with ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android

Hello,

It's really great to see an esri-leaflet plugin is available. Has anyone gotten how to use this plugin with an ArcGIS Runtime SDK Android app? To draw tiles or icons, for example? I'm just beginning to work with Esri Android apps. Looking at the Attribute Editor example, could a leaflet basemap be used?

ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer tmsl = new ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer(
            "http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer");
    mapView.addLayer(tmsl);

Beyond this, if anyone has used Leaflet with Esri Services on Android I would be interested in hearing about it.
