I found where to download 2.11, but cannot find where to download 2.8.
Currently, I am using WAB DE 2.4 with the LocalLayer Widget, I want to upgrade to 2.8 and use the LocalLayer Widget version 2.8.
Any ideas on where I can download WAB DE 2.8?

You can now download earlier releases of Web AppBuilder Developer Edition from here,
SDK Downloads | ArcGIS for Developers
(select Web AppBuilder Developer Edition from the dropdown list)
