How to make labels selectable on a web map?

Hi,

We have a web map with a number of ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer layers.

If it possible to make labels selectable?

When user clicks on feature/label on a map and we show Identify window and draw a circle symbol on a map.

Please help.
