Does anybody know how to add tabs to a story map? (Read Description Below)

In the story map "A River Reborn," on the second to last slide, there are tabs with pictures of fish on them. When you hover over the fish tabs it highlights the map. Does anybody know how to incorporate this feature with the tabs and highlighting?

I saw that the same storymap and had the exact same question! I love the fish buttons and their connection to spawning/migration streams in the watershed. Hopefully this question is answered soon.
