How to have a map available to "My Organisation" by default?

G'day Again!

I am using ArcGIS Portal.

I have Portal set to automatically create a named user on login.

I would like everyone in "My Organisation" to use some maps via Collector for ArcGIS immediately after login.

I have shared the map(s) with "My Organisation"

Via a web browser, I can see the above shared maps in the Gallery.

Via Collector, I can not see the maps, unless I also add the user to a group.

What have I missed?

What is the workaround?

PS scheduling a task to run every xyz minutes to add users to a group is undesirable,

As far as I know, Collector for ArcGIS reads only maps located in a group and maps created by you (as the user). I am curious too to find out if there is way around this requirement.
