Solid Waste for Local Government

I am looking for a simple data model and diagram for Solid Waste data.  I have noticed that there is quite a bit of information on GIS for landfill/waste site selection but not a lot on the design facets for a Solid Waste feature dataset, feature classes and related tables?  I thought ESRI used to have a Solid Waste data model for download but have been unable to find it at all.

 

The goal is to move our file geodatabase asset information into SDE.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Check out the Department of Homeland Security's HSIP Program.  We have a "Facility Site Point" feature class inside our SDE.  The feature classification and type schema for the facility sites grew out of work with the Department of Homeland Security's HSIP Program and has evolved to support a diverse set of facilities inventoried for a variety of uses by a local government.
