Is there a function in sceneview which will perform ZoomAway(Opposit of ZoomToward )

I want to perform zoom out/away from a point with some factor similar to zoomToward.

If you pass in a decimal less than 1, it should zoom out. For example, pass in 0.5 for the factor.
