Request for a detail results of a test

Hi I'm Onyu,

I took an exam 'ArcGIS Desktop Associate 10.5 (EADA105)' Dec 13, 3:45 PM at One of Pearson Vue test Centers in Korea. And I got test results yesterday but I think there must be something wrong with my score. So, I want to check the detailed score of my test results.
I just contacted PearsonVue to check some system error with the PC I used during the test. I asked PearsonVue to check because when I took a test, the system stopped for like 10min.
If the testing system was the problem, Can I request a retest?

 

Could you reply to me ASAP? I'm planning to take a test again according to your answer.
