How can i open zhe 3ws file with cityengine?

i have a lot of 3ws files but i cannot open them!

You need to right click on the file and click open with > 3D Web Scene Viewer (offline) if you haven't published it online. Also make sure you're not using internet explorer, or that if you are then you need to install the chrome frame first for it to work as internet explorer is not web GL capable.
