Questions of Average Drive Time - Analytical Report

Hello,
I was trying to run an Analytical Report - Average Drive Time for my trade area (simple rings) using the 10.1 BA. However, the error came out (please see attached). I don't what it means.

Would you please give me some suggestions?

Could you provide any additional details as to the options and inputs you are selecting in the Average Drive Time wizard?

Attached please find each steps that I did in Average Drive Time wizard.

To my surprise, I followed the same steps as I did yesterday. But no error this time!! And I got the report.
